I need help with my registration, who can I contact?

You can contact GreenBiz support through the support form or at [email protected].

I can no longer attend the event. Can I get a refund for my registration?

GreenBiz registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we can transfer your existing registration to a colleague or we can provide a credit memo for you to apply the amount you paid to a future GreenBiz event within one year. Please contact GreenBiz Support if you need to cancel or transfer your registration.

Do you have a conference rate at any nearby hotels for attendees?

You can refer to our travel page for all nearby hotel information and rates! Please keep in mind that available conference rate rooms are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis.

What are the health and safety policies for GreenBiz 23?

To attend GreenBiz 23, attendees must be vaccinated and upload proof of vaccination during the registration process to attend. Full vaccination is defined as two shots of the Pfizer or Moderna COVID vaccine or one shot of the Johnson & Johnson product (or a comparably approved vaccine if you are an international attendee). We will also require attendees to show proof of a negative COVID test prior to their arrival at the event.

How can I volunteer for an event?

We offer a limited number of volunteer opportunities to undergraduate and graduate students. The volunteer application is now closed.

How can I submit a speaker nomination? When will I hear back about my submitted speaker nomination?

We are no longer accepting speaker nominations for GreenBiz 23. Due to the high volume of nominations, we only responded to submissions we were interested in pursuing by November 4th, 2022.
