Matthew Cherrin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy management and sustainability. As Vice President of Lobo Energy, Incorporated, a non-profit company owned by the University of New Mexico, Mr. Cherrin has been instrumental in driving the company's success.
The University of New Mexico and Lobo Energy has achieved over $140 million in cost avoidance and 26 percent in energy reduction since 2008 after implementing EnergyCAP, an energy and sustainability ERP.
Mr. Cherrin holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Journalism, a minor in Business, and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, aged four and one.
