Tessie Petion joined Amazon.com in May 2020. Previously she was Head of ESG Research, Americas at HSBC and Vice President, Responsible Investment Research at Domini Impact Investments.

Christopher (Chris) McKnett is co-head of Sustainable Investing. He is jointly responsible for shaping and executing on a holistic strategy for sustainable investing across the organization. Chris is a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Sub-Council.

Previously, Chris was a senior environmental, social, and governance (ESG) investment strategist. Before that, he served as head ESG strategist for State Street Global Advisors and was a member of the firm's senior leadership team. Prior to that, he worked at KLD Research & Analytics in Boston, one of the first research firms to specialize in ESG, and American Century Investments, where he began his investment industry career in 1999.

Chris earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut, Storrs, and a master's degree in business administration from Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He is a First Movers Fellow of the Aspen Institute Business & Society Program.

Brad Sparks is Executive Director of A4S (Accounting for Sustainability), part of The Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation. He leads the US Chapter of the A4S CFO Leadership Network, supporting Fortune 500 CFOs and their finance teams in embedding sustainability into strategy and business decision-making. He also leads A4S activities across the US, including working with asset managers, asset owners and the wider finance community. Brad previously served as an Executive Director with KPMG focused on ESG issues. Brad is a lecturer at UCLA Anderson and an Executive-in-Residence at Cornell University’s Center for Global Sustainable Enterprise.

Hervé Duteil created the first position of Chief Sustainability Officer for BNP Paribas in the Americas in 2014. In this role, he leads the Bank’s regional strategy for Sustainable Finance, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Company Engagement, bringing in particular a strong focus on promoting client dialogue around sustainability topics and the development of tailored financing solutions or responsible investment products. In 2018, Euromoney selected him as one of the 10 “champions of global impact banking”. Hervé has spent most of his career with BNP Paribas in New York. He specialized in trading derivatives and managing capital market activities, spanning across commodity, currency, fixed income and electronic markets. More recently, he led BNP Paribas’ efforts to close its first Social Impact Bond for the benefit of the State of Connecticut, followed by a second one with the Department of Veterans Affairs. Hervé served as a member on CFTC’s Climate-Related Market Risk Subcommittee of the Market Risk Advisory Committee. He currently sits on SIFMA Sustainable Finance Task Force, Canada Standards Association’s Technical Committee for the Development of a National Standard for “Transition & Sustainable Finance”, WBCSD’s Sustainable Finance Policy task force as well as the Yale Initiative on Sustainable Finance Advisory Board. Hervé holds a Master in Business Administration with distinction from the Harvard Business School, a Master of Science from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics & Physics from the University of Paris. Formerly a professional concert musician, he received various certificates from the Juilliard School of Music in New York.

Marilyn leads the Climate Finance Fund after most recently managing the climate and clean energy finance portfolio at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation.

She has worked across four continents in renewable and nuclear energy and venture capital and investment. She previously led the energy practice at Village Capital, modeled and forecasted energy solutions to climate change as a Senior Research Fellow at Project Drawdown, and managed innovation projects at AREVA (now Orano and Framatome).

Marilyn serves on various boards, including the W Fund and the Kachuwa Impact Fund. She has advised government entities such as the Office of the California Governor through the State of California Advisory Group on Climate Risk Disclosure and the U.S. National Renewable Energy Lab (NREL) JEDI Committee.

She holds a Master’s Degree with distinction in Engineering for Sustainable Development from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, magna cum laude, from Princeton University.

Emilio Tenuta’s 38-year tenure at Ecolab includes 25 years of technical, marketing and business management experience in various industries including Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Lodging, Healthcare, Primary Metals and Automotive. In the past 11 years, Tenuta has led Ecolab’s strategic sustainability journey focused on corporate responsibility, internal environmental stewardship and helping customers operate more sustainably. He is actively involved in advancing global sustainability practices, with a significant focus on water stewardship and climate action. In partnership with Global S&P Trucost – and a multi-stakeholder advisory group – Tenuta led development of the Water Risk Monetizer, industry’s first financial modeling tool to assess water-related risk, and the Smart Water Navigator, a free online tool to help businesses improve water management and achieve their water reduction targets. In recent years, he’s become a leader in environmental, social and governance (ESG) practices and reporting and has collaborated with a number of large impact investors. Partnering with investor relations and Ecolab’s Chief Executive Officer, Tenuta has advanced Ecolab’s reputation as an ESG leading company. Tenuta is actively involved in advancing industry sustainability and corporate responsibility practices. He sits on the board of directors of the World Environment Center, a global non-profit, non-advocacy organization and the leadership council of the Corporate Eco Forum.

Beth Howe is the Chief Audit Executive at HP Inc. She is also a member of HP’s Disclosure Committee and serves as the Finance Executive on HP’s Sustainable Impact Steering Committee which drives HP’s sustainability agenda. She previously was the Head of Investor Relations where she actively engaged with shareholders and stewardship committees on HP’s corporate strategy, financials, and environmental, social and governance matters. Prior to leading Investor Relations, Beth was the business CFO for HP’s Graphics Solutions Business from 2015-2018. In her 15 years at HP, Beth has served in multiple finance and strategy positions spanning the company’s Printing and Personal Systems businesses and worldwide functions. She holds two Masters’ degrees and a B.S. from Stanford University.

Katie Schmitz Eulitt leads the ISSB SASB Standards Investor Advisory Group, comprising over 60 leading global asset owners and managers – with >$53 Trillion AUM – supporting a global baseline standard for the communication of corporate performance on ESG issues relevant to the assessment of enterprise value to investors. This reprises similar roles Katie has played at the Value Reporting Foundation, prior to its merger with IFRS in August 2022 and at the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board prior to that. She also co-leads market engagement in Asia Pacific markets, with an emphasis on Japan, South Korea, and Singapore.

Katie worked with investment bank Salomon Brothers for over a decade in the US, Japan, and Hong Kong. Her experience in project development and finance spans the energy sector (both fossil fuels and renewables), the protection of forested lands, and water disinfection in developing markets.

She holds a BA in Japanese from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from l’Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires (INSEAD) in Fontainebleau, France, an executive certificate in sustainability from the Presidio Graduate School of San Francisco, and a Global Competent Boards Designation.

Aniket Shah is Managing Director and Global Head of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Sustainable Finance Strategy at Jefferies Group LLC. In this role, Aniket leads the integration of ESG and sustainability analysis within the global investment research department and engages with clients on this dynamic area of corporate and financial services. Prior to joining Jefferies, Aniket held senior roles in emerging market investing and financing sustainable development in both the public and private sectors, including at the UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network, OppenheimerFunds and UBS Group AG. Aniket serves on the Board of Directors of Amnesty International and the UN SDSN. He is an Assistant Adjunct Professor at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Aniket is a member of the Economic Club of New York and the Bretton Woods Committee, and is a graduate of Yale College and the University of Oxford, where he completed his PhD on the financing of sustainable development.

As part of McDonald’s Global Impact leadership, Jenny McColloch leads the Sustainability & ESG team, which designs and manages McDonald’s cross-cutting environmental, social and community impact strategies, including overseeing corporate giving and volunteerism. Partnering with groups within and beyond McDonald’s, Jenny’s team coordinates impact initiatives and public commitments to drive meaningful, industry-wide change across the value chain – from supply chain through to the restaurant, customer and community experience. Together with IR and other internal partners, her team also manages McDonald’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) progress tracking and reporting for long-term value creation.

Jenny joined McDonald’s in 2012. She’s held a variety of roles related to restaurant and supply chain sustainability strategy, including enabling McDonald’s climate action strategy with science based targets to reduce GHG emissions and strategic planning to drive climate resiliency and risk management. She previously held roles with Nestlé Waters N.A and as Education Director for Salish Sea Expeditions. 

Jenny earned her BS/MS in Earth Systems from Stanford University and her MBA from the Yale School of Management. She serves on the First Movers Advisory Board for the Aspen Institute’s Business & Society Program, and is committed to mentoring students and early career professionals exploring sustainability and ESG-related fields.

Thomas Kamei is an investor for Counterpoint Global. He joined Morgan Stanley in 2012 and has eight years of investment experience. Thomas leads Sustainability Research integration and strategy for the U.S. based funds managed by the team. He was a Fellow at The Aspen Institute in 2015 where he developed a proprietary process to quantify executive compensation alignment. Prior to his current role, Thomas worked with Counterpoint Global for two years as an intern. Previously, he was a research intern at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers where he analyzed late stage private technology businesses for the Green Technology Growth Fund. Thomas received a B.S. in architectural studies from the University of Southern California.

Erika is the Chief Impact Officer at Pathstone. She joins the Pathstone team from Cornerstone Capital Group*, the sustainable and impact investment advisory firm she founded in 2013. Erika’s mission is to bring the disciplines of finance, economics, and sustainability to bear in pursuit of a more regenerative and inclusive form of capitalism. Over the course of her 25-plus years on Wall Street, she developed a deep belief in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) analysis as a critical input to investment decision-making. Prior to launching Cornerstone Capital Group, Erika was Managing Director and Head of Global Sector Research at UBS Investment Bank. She chaired the Global Investment Review Committee, served on the UBS Securities Research Executive Committee, and served on the Environmental and Human Rights Committee of the UBS Group Executive Board. Erika’s work has been featured by media including Bloomberg, The Guardian, the Financial Times, Investor Relations Magazine, and Forbes. Erika speaks on sustainable investing and finance at venues around the world including the UN Global Compact, theUN Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), the Clinton Global Initiative, the Wharton School, the NYSE, the Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development (OECD), the Aspen Institute, the White House, and many others. Erika holds an MBA in Finance from Columbia University and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School.

Mike Wallace is an internationally recognized expert with nearly 30 years of experience in sustainability, ESG reporting/compliance, and managing social and human capital. He currently serves as the SVP of Strategic Market Engagement at Persefoni, a carbon accounting technology company, where he oversees key partnerships to help with the integration and application of Persefoni’s climate accounting platform. Prior to joining Persefoni, Wallace was a partner at the global sustainability consultancy, ERM where he counseled clients on corporate responsibility and sustainability solutions and helped shape several strategic partnerships for ERM. In that role, Wallace also served as the Interim Executive Director for the Social & Human Capital Coalition, a multi-stakeholder project of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). His work included overseeing the establishment of the overall governance structure, technical council and global network that drove the creation of the Social & Human Capital Protocol, which was officially launched at GreenBiz 2019 by the founders WBCSD, Nasdaq, and Microsoft. Prior to ERM, Wallace was a director for the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), where he worked on foundational initiatives such as the International Integrated Reporting Council (IRRC), the European Commission proposal on corporate ESG reporting, and the UN Sustainable Stock Exchange Initiative (SSEi) on ESG listing guidance. 

Carol Jeppesen is the Head of US, Signatory Relations for the UN supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and is responsible for PRI’s largest institutional investor market. PRI is recognized as the leading global initiative for investors committed to integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors into investment decision making and stewardship activities and today represents over 5,000 investor signatories, globally, collectively managing over half of the world’s investable assets. 

Carol works closely with ESG teams, CIOs, Investment Boards and Trustees at many of the world’s largest and most influential investors to guide them on the development of their ESG investment and stewardship programs. 

She has more than 20 years of experience in financial services at firms including Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs and holds BS/ BA degrees in Finance and Economics from Boston University, an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and was an inaugural graduate of the Sustainability Leadership Forum at Yale University. She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. 

Suzanne leads Prologis’ ESG strategy, stakeholder engagement activities, public reporting, and strategic initiatives to continue to advance the company's leadership in ESG and logistics real estate. Working with groups across Prologis, Suzanne and her team advance the integration and scale of sustainability and social impact strategies and goals, including the recent launch of Prologis’ new net zero commitment. She proactively engages with investors, customers and other stakeholders, and partners closely with the company's finance, governance and IT teams on integrated ESG reporting and data strategies.Suzanne has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate responsibility and sustainable investing. Prior to joining Prologis, Suzanne served as global director of corporate responsibility at Intel Corporation where she oversaw ESG disclosure and drove the development and launch of Intel’s 2030 corporate responsibility strategy and sustainability goals. During her tenure at Intel, she also led the company's human rights program, technology inclusion programs, and helped build the company's supply chain responsibility programs and disclosures. Prior to Intel, she served as vice president at Institutional Shareholder Services where she led the company’s social investment research division. Suzanne holds an M.B.A. from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a B.A. from Trinity College in Hartford CT. She has served on multiple industry advisory boards over the past decade, and currently serves on the board of the non-profit Net Impact/Good Institute.

Benjamin Colton is the Global Head of Asset Stewardship at State Street Global Advisors (SSGA).  He and his team are responsible for developing and implementing SSGA's global proxy voting policies and guidelines across all investment strategies, and managing SSGA's proxy voting activities and issuer engagement on ESG issues.

Prior to his current role, he was based out of Tokyo, Japan serving as the Head of Asia-Pacific leading SSGA’s Asset Stewardship efforts across the region.

Prior to joining SSGA in 2018, he worked at Norges Bank Investment Management for a total of eight years based in Oslo, Norway and later in New York City.

He earned Master’s degrees from both the London School of Economics & Political Science and the University of Nevada, Reno.

He has led numerous ground-breaking projects including creating the first portfolio carbon risk assessment for Henderson and the UK Environment Agency launching the first carbon efficient index with S&P Dow Jones Indices leading the first global assessment of corporate environmental externalities for the UN-backed Principles for Responsible Investment and developing the world’s first Environmental Profit and Loss account for PUMA. Richard is Chair of the Future of Sustainable Data Alliance Data Council a member of the Global Advisory Council of the Oxford Smith School Stranded Assets Programme the Scottish Forum on Natural Capital and the Hong Kong Green Finance Association. He is an Advisory Board Member for IUCN Finance for Nature initiative and the Capitals Coalition. Previously Richard was a strategy consultant and began his career as a neuroscientist.

Robyn Luhning is Wells Fargo & Company’s Chief Sustainability Officer, responsible for driving enterprise Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) programs, and leading progress against the company’s climate and other sustainability initiatives. She is also leading the development of the Wells Fargo Institute for Sustainable Finance, which will serve as a hub for the bank’s climate-related programming and stakeholder engagement. Robyn joined Wells Fargo in 2011 in the company’s first full-time role focused on Environmental and Social Risk Management. Prior to her current role, she was Head of Strategy and Transformation for Public Affairs. Earlier in her career, Luhning advised Fortune 500 companies on sustainability and corporate responsibility strategy. She also held a variety of corporate responsibility roles for large companies and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Madagascar. Luhning is a board member of Living Cities, a national organization focused on closing the racial income and wealth gaps in American cities. She also serves on the board of the Conservation Corps North Bay, a Bay Area-based nonprofit developing youth and conserving natural resources for a resilient, sustainable, and equitable community. Luhning earned a B.A. degree in environmental studies from New College, and a Master’s degree in environmental management from Yale University.
