Hiba Mooney

Hiba Mooney is a Supply Chain Environmental Responsibility Manager, responsible for the strategic development and implementation of HPE’s supply chain environmental sustainability program, working directly with suppliers on their climate change programs, environmental capability building, water risk mitigation practices, and environmental, health and safety (EHS) best practices. Hiba is a member of the Supply Chain Advisory Board for the Renewable Energy Buyers Alliance. Prior to joining HPE, Hiba led and implemented the global environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance, audit, and IT programs at Northrop Grumman Corporation. She also served on the Board of Directors for the International Aerospace Environmental Group, a collection of global aerospace and defense companies focused on developing environmental and sustainability best practices. Hiba earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia, with a minor in Engineering Business. After working as a consultant at an environmental firm, she went on to earn her Master of Environmental Management degree in Ecotoxicology and Environmental Health from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.

Andrew Mayock

On February 9, 2021, President Biden appointed Andrew Mayock to serve as the Federal Chief Sustainability Officer. As the Federal Chief Sustainability Officer, Andrew Mayock leads President Biden's efforts to improve the sustainability of the Federal government, including by helping Federal agencies prepare for and respond to the impacts of climate change on their operations and services.
Andrew brings over 25 years of public and private sector experience to the Biden Administration, including service in the Obama and Clinton Administrations. In the Obama Administration, Andrew served as Deputy Director for Management and Associate Director for General Government Programs at the Office of Management and Budget (OMB). At OMB, he led OMB's management offices and the President's Management Council with a focus on digital services, cybersecurity, acquisitions, financial management, personnel and performance management. As Associate Director for General Government Programs, he oversaw policy and budget for six cabinet agencies comprising $225 billion of the President's budget and covering over one million federal employees.
Prior to his OMB roles, Andrew served as the Deputy Vice President for Compact Operations for East and Southern Africa at the Millennium Challenge Corporation. He served as Executive Secretary at the U.S. Treasury Department from 2009-2010.
In the Clinton Administration from 1995-2000, Andrew worked at the White House and the U.S. Treasury Department. Andrew was a consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2003-2009 and McKinsey & Company from 2017-2020, where he focused on public sector programs.
During 2019–2020, Andrew served on the steering committee of the Climate 21 Project, which delivered advice for a coordinated, rapid-start, whole-of-government climate response.
Andrew received a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois, law degree from The George Washington University Law School, and a master in public administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
He and his wife have two children and reside in Washington, D.C.

Mia Diawara

Mia Diawara is a Partner at Lowercarbon Capital, where she invests in unreasonably ambitious teams building climate tech that will move the needle for the planet and its people. She also focuses on making sure this work is carried out inclusively and equitably. Prior to joining Lowercarbon, Mia spearheaded decarbonization strategy across a portfolio of over $90B in assets under management at TPG, where she developed and kicked off the execution of the firm’s first comprehensive climate roadmap and advised portfolio companies on climate risk, emissions reduction, and ESG strategy. At TPG, she was instrumental to the development of the fund’s climate impact assessment methodology for TPG Rise Climate - their climate focused impact fund. Mia holds a B.S. in Science, Technology, and Society, with a focus on Environment & Sustainability, and an M.S. in Civil Environmental Engineering with a concentration in Atmosphere and Energy—both from Stanford University.

Tracy Johns

Tracy Johns is a climate change and sustainable development expert with experience in climate policy, multi-stakeholder processes, and cross-sector climate and development. She leads Meta’s work on securing high-quality carbon credits to support its commitment to net zero emissions by 2030, and to invest in high-integrity carbon markets and high-mitigation potential carbon removal across natural and engineered carbon removal approaches.

Yuhau Lin

Yuhau has been trading, originating and structuring US environmental commodities transactions since 2009. He got his start in the market at Noble Group, originating voluntary carbon offsets with the potential to be accepted into the California Cap and Trade compliance market as well as the ultimately doomed US Federal Cap and Trade program (i.e., “Waxman Markey”). From there he went to NRG, where he traded and structured transactions in compliance and voluntary markets in Carbon (CCA and RGGI), Renewable Energy Credits (Ercot, PJM, NEPOOL), Nox and SO2 (EPA CSAPR program), as well as various regional ERC products around the US. In late 2020 Yuhau joined the Morgan Stanley power and gas trading desk in New York, where he has helped to lead the effort to build out and expand the firm’s capabilities and product offerings in all things environmental commodities.

Niki King

Niki King is the VP and Head of Sustainability for The Clorox Company. In this role, Niki is
responsible for driving Clorox’s Sustainability strategy and initiatives, including reporting and
execution against the company’s ambitious ESG goals. She leads an ESG Core Team made up of
ESG leaders and subject matter experts across Clorox and is responsible for engaging a broad
set of internal and external stakeholders to ensure Clorox continues as a leader in the ESG
space.
Throughout her career, Niki held roles at companies including Campbell Soup Company,
Brilliant Earth, Novo Nordisk and Unilever where she developed and executed sustainability
strategies focused on reducing sustainability risks and impacts across the value chain and
advancing corporate reputation through ESG focused stakeholder engagement.
Outside of work, you will find Niki in the kitchen cooking or outside hiking, gardening, bird
watching and hunting bugs with her grandchildren.
She earned a B.A. degree in Social Sciences, a M.S. degree in Business Management and a
Certificate in Organizational Leadership from Thomas Edison State University.

Sam Morales is the senior manager of carrier programs at Convoy, the nation’s leading digital freight network, where among other responsibilities, he evaluates opportunities to implement or pilot alternative fuel vehicles within Convoy’s carrier base of small trucking fleets and independent owner-operators. With over 15 years’ experience in trade compliance, logistics and supply chain, Sam specializes in global freight and product movement in the e-commerce, manufacturing, customs brokerage and consulting sectors. Further, he has led alternative fuel vehicle fleet deployment strategy and operational implementation for Class 6 and Class 8 commercial vehicles.
